Who We Are / What We Do

Orrville Utilities is a Public Power Community, locally owned and operated.  As a Public Power Community,  Orrville Utilities is proud to provide water, electricity, wastewater treatment services, and fiber optics services to our community. Orrville Utilities is governed by a five-member board that is appointed by the Mayor and works closely with City Council on many levels.

Orrville Utilities has excellent facilities and infrastructure, as well as dedicated employees who are focused on providing the quality service you expect and deserve. We are constantly looking for ways to meet your best interests and build a successful future for the city of Orrville, including by partnering with the Natural Gas Aggregation Program, and recommending programs such as  Energy Star’s Home Energy and the Department of Energy’s Home Energy Saver’ Tool to help you enjoy lower rates.
