Public Access to Utility Offices Suspended Temporarily

In response to public health concerns about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the need to restrict the potential of  spread of the disease by minimizing pubic contact:

Effective today Monday, March 16, 2020, as a precautionary measure, all access to utility offices (including the billing/collection office) and facilities will be restricted to employees only.  We ask that residents/customers conduct business via phone, email or standard mail.  In person payments may be made by using the drop box to the left of our 125 West Water Street entrance.   This is only a precaution

Currently, utility staff remains on hand to assist customers via email or phone.  If you have questions about new service applications or other billing questions, you may call 330.684.5020, select option #3 or email cashier@orrutilities.com.   You may also check out website at https://www.orrutilities.com/contact-us for a list of phone numbers for different departments.

Essential staff will continue to provide ALL utility services to our community.
