Contact the Distribution Department of Orrville Utilities to make an appointment for a site visit.

During the site visit the Distribution supervisor will inquire about several aspects of your new home:
- Amp size of service
- Air conditioning (if applicable)
- Type of heating system
- If temporary service is needed
- Name of your electrician

He may also ask any other questions which are pertinent to your electrical service.

The distribution supervisor will explain all the available options to you, and any associated costs. He will explain the work required by Orrville Utilities and the work required by you. He will answer any questions you may have and outline the sequence of events from start to finish.
