All
customers and potential customers of one or more of the Utility Services
provided by the Department of Public Utilities of the City of Orrville,
Ohio, shall be subject to the provisions of this policy
COSIGNER POLICY
Applicants have
the option of having a cosigner. To qualify as a cosigner the following
three (3) criteria must be met:
1) Cosigners must own property;
2) Cosigners must be a customer of Orrville Utilities; and
3) The cosigner’s credit risk will be in the lowest credit risk factor. (For more information on the steps to determine credit risk and deposit requirements you may review the Utility Service Applications, Deposits and Collections Policy,)
